Around 500,000 patients visit our sites each month seeking information to support their healthcare choices.

We operate UK focused sites such as Private Healthcare UK and, and also have a particular focus on health and medical tourism through Treatment Abroad, an international medical tourism portal, Medical Tourism Reviews, a “Trip Advisor” for medical tourism, and DoctorInternet, an Arabic medical tourism portal.

Within the B2B sector, we publish the web site and e-newsletter for International Medical Travel Journal. The IMTJ newsletter is distributed to 18,000 senior people in health and medical tourism businesses worldwide. Through Private Healthcare UK, we publish “Industry Insight” and an e-newsletter which is distributed to 12,000 senior people in the private healthcare sector in the UK

Our aim is to enable patients to make a more informed choice of treatment and healthcare provider whether it is in their own country or abroad. We try to make the patient’s search easier and to provide information that is of practical use in comparing treatments and providers.

Due to its long history and extensive inbound links, Private Healthcare UK has a very high “organic” ranking on all of the major search engines and commands strong positions for healthcare related searches.

The site has an established reputation within the private healthcare industry and with online media agencies who regard the site as a valuable resource. Patients can enquire on the site about treatments and services – these enquiries are passed on to service providers who participate in the lead generation service.


Harley Street

HSThe Harley Street website was acquired by Intuition in 2010. The site was re-launched in 2011 following an extensive redesign.

The site provides patients with online and mobile access to Search, Compare and Book services and make appointments with London based specialists and clinics.




DIDoctorInternet is the leading online resource for Arab patients who are seeking information about travelling overseas for treatment. Visitors to the site benefit from independent and impartial advice and can explore the options available for treatments and surgery in areas such as dentistry, infertility treatment and cosmetic treatment. There are two versions of DoctorInternet – one in English and one in Arabic.




Treatment Abroad

TATreatment Abroad was the first medical tourism portal for people seeking information on cosmetic surgery, dentistry, infertility treatment and hospital treatment abroad.

The site was launched in 2005 and has established a worldwide reputation. It incorporates a “Guide to Medical Tourism”, price comparisons, patient stories, videos, and destination guides.



Fertility Treatment Abroad

FTAFertility Treatment Abroad serves as a gateway for patients seeking fertility treatment in another country. The site features a search and compare facility that enables patients to compare clinics on price, experience, success rates; extensive profiles of the facility and the staff; a good practice score based on ESHRE’s Good Practice Guide.

There’s a raft of information to help visitors understand the causes of infertility and the treatment options available, as well as background on topics such as patient privacy, standards and safety at clinics abroad and the legal and ethical issues.


Medical Tourism Reviews
